Your new role

Ideally, you’ll have a background in retail or warehouse operations workforce management, labour standards engineering or forecast & labour analytics. It is beneficial if you have worked in either consultancy or project delivery with experience in driving forecast & labour planning.

Main duties:   

  • Drive design workshops to determine business requirements

  • Translate business requirements into the solution design, map functionality, documenting any development for core product

  • Collaborate with Data Science and Dev teams to present client deliverables

  • Support project delivery including facilitating workshops and meetings, managing issues, identify causes and escalating where appropriate

  • Analysing the output of the WFM tool, make recommendations to improve the modelling and support the system build, validation and delivery to the client

What we’re looking for in you

  • Experience in forecasting and labour planning

  • Strong communication & relationship skills

  • Excellent analytical and technical skills

  • Confident at interacting professionally at all levels, displaying credible, authoritative, and persuasive presentation, negotiation and influencing skills
