Workday Recruiting Workstream Lead

Accenture are currently recruiting for a Workday Recruitment lead to join our fun and diverse team of Workday experts. We have an exciting and expanding pipeline and are seeking skilled and driven candidates to lead the end-to end implementations for our global customers, who sit across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead the Workday Recruiting workstream to drive decisions and recommend best practice to clients based on insights from your product and industry experience

  • Primarily responsible for the design of client's future recruitment offering and considering recruitment market trends and Workdays recruiting roadmap

  • Work to define and clarify global and local legal and regulatory requirements e.g., GDPR; translating business needs into the Workday Talent Acquisition solution and configuration that conforms to best practices

  • Understand and apply Workday and Accenture methodologies to project deployment and lead the workstream to support architecture, scoping, build, test, deploy, and post-production phases of the projects

  • Coordinate with consultants from around the world and ensure effective collaboration with other workstreams to ensure deliverables and timelines are met

  • Be part of Accenture’s Workday community of practice by collaborating with your colleagues to improve internal capability and contributing to developing internal assets and offerings



Qualifications

Basic Qualifications: 

  • Existing and up to date Workday HCM and Recruiting certification

  • Experience as Workday Recruiting workstream lead for end-to-end global implementations

  • Have a strong understanding of all Workday HCM modules, business process framework, business model and security

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management Studies or a related field

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Workday’s overall Talent Optimisation suite is a bonus e.g., Talent & Performance, Learning

  • Experience with liaising with Talent Acquisition Leadership and C-Suite

  • The ability to lead an onshore or offshore team

  • At least 3 years of consulting experience, most recently in a consultant or similar level role

  • At least 3 years of experience in Human Capital Management industry

  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 80%

  • Strong desire to work with clients and provide exceptional client experiences
