We are looking for a talented, entrepreneurial and driven sales professional to join our sales capture and engagement management teams as an Account Engagement Manager.
As an Internal Sales - Major Account Engagement & Delivery Manager you will be supporting one of our Account Directors, where you will be playing a key role in the day to day client facing engagement of one of more of their major accounts. You will be acting as a trusted relationship manager, managing and processing work requests from those accounts to support the sustainment and growth of existing CD business in those accounts.
We are looking for ambitious professionals with a sound awareness and understanding of cyber security. You must have client facing engagement experience, practiced familiarity with interfacing with a variety of systems and following processes, a good grip on commercials; and, plenty of energy and appetite for supporting some of our most challenging accounts. You must also have an outgoing and engaging personality, have strong written and oral communication skills – and be a real team player.
Although some understanding of security and resilience services is required, we do not require cutting edge technical expertise. We will build your technical understanding and will provide training and coaching to help you develop into a trusted adviser on cyber defence.
Experience in penetration testing services engagement and delivery management; and/or the financial services sector would all be helpful.
Within this role, you will be required to:
Processing and tracking progress of engagements from initial client request through to closure of the engagement
Processing each engagement through required Accenture systems, ensuring all engagements are accurately tracked, pricing is consistent to client pricing model and with CD and Account Teams objectives, and delivery costs match deal expectations.
Liaising with Accenture Account Team resources as necessary.
Processing each engagement through required client systems (where relevant), including support of any QA responsibilities
Scheduling engagements, liaising with internal scheduling team and client
Liaising with client and delivery team to ensure prerequisites for delivery have been obtained, captured and communicated
Update required tracking Spreadsheets as necessary
Keep up to date with client mailbox(es) (where relevant)
Supporting delivery team through their engagements and assist with resolving any issues that they face
Supporting scoping, post engagement, and other necessary calls with consultants and the client.
Updating internal account specific training guides as necessary
Manage client on-boarding / off-boarding process for the delivery team including ensuring and tracking ongoing on-boarded obligations are maintained by all relevant staff.
Assist the Account Director with the Cyber Defence component of strategic account sales and business development plans
Meet personal and career development objectives agreed with the CD leadership team – including the completion of internal and external training courses
Attend client review meetings, represent Cyber Defence at Accenture events, industry conferences and other external meetings as and when necessary
Location and Travel
The role is based either at our office in Canary Wharf, London or Cheltenham
Flexibility and mobility are required to deliver this role as there may be requirements to spend time onsite with our clients to enable delivery of the first-class services we are known for.
