Job Summary

Under the supervision of Accenture's Global Assistance and Protection (GAP) Security Technology Program Manager, the applicant will support GAP by improving the security technology program’s operational effectiveness, mitigating business and data privacy risks, while partnering with information technology, corporate real estate, facilities, legal, human resources and other stakeholders to meet this objective. The applicant will consistently review, assess, and partner with GAP team members to improve GAP’s security technology application programs, training content, and delivery and change management practices in efforts to have a best-in-class physical security technology program for Accenture people.

Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

  • Partner, interact, and support internal technology delivery teams, corporate security leads, and others, providing compliance guidance on GAP physical security policies.

  • Review and assess operational impacts to security system upgrades, application product enhancements and potential architectural changes, to include the need of change management communications and related activities.

  • Conduct security technology briefings on security technology initiatives, program status, and roadmap to internal GAP and technology partners.

  • Conduct annual attestations for access control, video management, emergency communications, and other security system privileges and permissions.

  • Audit training material across all security technology platforms and suggest areas for improvement.

  • Analyze access control, video management, and incident reporting/management programs for operational risk, mitigation, track remediation activities, report, and close risk findings.

  • Meet and engage frequently with internal GAP partners, technology, legal, and HR to obtain guidance, approvals, and acceptable deviations or waivers for compliance with physical security policies and standards in support of initiatives, projects, and client requests.

  • Review current operations, standards, policies, standard operating procedures; and recommend ways to improve processes, efficiency, overall effectiveness and drive change implementation.

  • Field and manage security inquiries from the assigned geographic area in efforts to ensure the security of Accenture facilities and Accenture people.

  • Administer and create Business Intelligence Reports (BIRS) for business stakeholders to include real estate, legal, and HR.



Qualifications

  • Compliance, data privacy, risk management, or GDPR experience

  • Experience supporting and managing access control, video management, incident reporting, mass notification, and intrusion detection systems

  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and programs, including Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Security & Safety Management, Risk Management, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant field

Other requirements:

You must have the ability to work non-standard hours, including weekends and holidays as required by incident recovery.
