In our team you will learn:
To provide creative solutions to content marketing challenges for clients across a range of different industries
To leverage offerings across Accenture divisions and geographies, pulling together a growing network of best-in-class content expertise across the content lifecycle
A fast-paced and agile way of working on both short term and possible longer term client engagements
Work closely with Accenture Song's agency partners such as Karmarama and Creative Drive to deliver the best client solutions
As a Content Strategist, these are examples of typical project responsibilities:
Client management through regular touchpoints (weekly/monthly) with local brand and marketing leads, as well at a more strategic level (e.g. quarterly) to support and provide input on the overall local brand strategy plan
End-to-end orchestration to ensure delivery of campaigns including localization of global templates
Driving service adoption, insights and best practice guidance
Translating analytics and performance reports into meaningful recommendations to optimize campaigns “on-the-fly” as well as input into future campaign strategies
Coordination touchpoint with strategic and media agencies, as well as with legal and regulatory for reviews
Creates and maintains a close business relationship with the local client marketing lead and team, including regular travel to client site in for business meetings
Ensures service reports and campaign reports delivered on time to local market client
Governance management to provide scheduling, management reporting inputs and action tracking associated with Service Governance
Qualifications
We are looking for experience in the following skills:
The Content Strategist serves as a single point of contact who is accountable for driving digital outcomes from demand through service, geared towards delivering locally led campaigns based on local insights and nuances derived from campaign interaction data and market trends.
The role has the following requirements:
Experience in content marketing strategy, especially in Telco, Pharma or FMCG industries
Multi-channel marketing experience
Ability to understand and translate marketing analytics reports
Platform experience (especially AEM, Adobe Campaign)
Marketing Account Management experience (client-facing)
Awareness of digital trends
Cultural awareness and international experience

The following qualifications are required for the role:
Proven content experience at either a content or marketing agency (including in-house), a media company or consultancy.
An understanding of the end-to-end content lifecycle across content strategy, ideation, production, distribution, and measurement
A track record of working on innovative, content heavy media programs
A track record of working with agency partners (creative, digital, media agencies) on premium brands
Excellent time management/prioritisation and project management skills
Ability to make decisions and solve problems based on sound technical knowledge
Experience working in content areas across digital channels
Strong IT literacy, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Highly organised, detail oriented, client focused and proactive
Exceptional self-starter with a can do attitude and an ability to work under pressure
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
