This will be based from our Accenture Technology Centre, from time to time you may be requested to work from client locations, subject to assignment requirements. In our team we are seek an experienced Cloud Service Delivery Manager who has:

  • Experience and knowledge of IT Managed Services, Infrastructure Services and Cloud Services
  • Lead client engagement and have the responsibility to ensure that the client receives services to their agreed deliverable’s and to the required standard of quality, within specified SLA’s
  • Develop and maintain strong key stakeholder relationships

As a Cloud Service Delivery Manager, you will:

  • Fully accountable for the management of services being delivered to multiple customers and maintain stakeholder relationships
  • Lead the implementation of new services and governance
  • Complete monthly, quarterly and annual service review including commercials
  • Be responsible for the continual service improvement
  • Ensure technical security and compliance of services to Accenture standards and policies
  • Manage vendor management of technical 3rd party services
  • Identify out-of-scope requests and co-ordinate cost and effort estimates for service owner to present to the end client
  • Be part of an on-call rota



Qualifications

We are looking for experience in the following skills:

  • Minimum 4+ Years’ experience of a Service Delivery role managing Infrastructure Services ideally with a  Managed Service Provider
  • Operational Delivery of IT Infrastructure Managed ideally with Cloud managed service experience
  • Be experienced in managing major infrastructure incidents through to resolution working with internal and external teams
  • Manging and directing multiple technical functions across geographical locations
  • Experience in managing and maintaining a Client Data Protection Plan including security controls and regulatory compliance
  • Excellent communication skills and experience with both internal and external  clients
  • Project Management and Vendor Management

Set yourself apart:

  • You will have a culture of learning and completing relevant training and certifications.
  • Experience in Agile delivery and project management.
  • Experienced in managing customers expectations along with excellent customer facing experience
  • Good understanding of Service Management principals,  ITIL ideally with some knowledge of SRE (Site Reliability Engineering)
