SAP Senior Programme Manager

In our team you will learn:

Our SAP capability operates across all Accenture industries and contributes to the success of our clients by taking on responsibility for large, complex and challenging SAP engagements. You could work within:

  • Business Transformation

  • Process Optimisation

  • Application Rationalisation

  • Application Management 

As a SAP Senior Programme Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Creation of integrated programme plan and managing the execution of the plan across multiple workstreams, suppliers and third parties

  • Management of programme risks, issues, priorities and dependencies

  • Financial management of the programme budget including spend, forecast and margin management

  • Senior stakeholder management and management of Client expectations

  • Provide point of views on SAP functionality, change management and other advisory services

  • Provide advice and guidance on SAP solutions based on leading practices

  • Provide the teams with guidance and QA of all project phase (Design, Build, test and deploy)

  • Management of client data protection processes



Qualifications

We are looking for experience in the following skills:

  • Deep experience of large and complex SAP Programme delivery through the full project lifecycle (Analyse through to Deployment)
  • Strong track record delivering SAP programmes using Waterfall, Agile or Hybrid delivery methodology
  • Strong track record of senior stakeholder management
  • The ability to develop and maintain enduring client relationships.
  • Strong track record of managing multiple workstreams, suppliers and 3rd parties
  • The ability to manage programme risks, issues and dependencies and make difficult decisions
  • Strong track record and experience managing SAP delivery, design, build, test, data and deploy teams
  • The ability to foster strong team culture and communicate effectively with people at all levels.
  • Background in an SAP functional domain is highly desirable

    • Proven success in delivery of large and complex SAP programmes
    • Demonstrated leadership skills
    • Proven ability to resolve issues and mitigate risks
    • Work creatively to resolve problems to keep programme on track and to budget
    • Client-facing experience across a variety of industries   
    • Hands-on delivery in major IT Transformation Programmes
