UX Consultant for Cirrus

What we're looking for:
This role is primarily focused on designing brilliant UX and UI solutions to support digital learning and employee engagement as part of leadership development programmes for our global clients. This person will be creating brilliant digital experiences to engage and excite learners on various platforms including a mix of Client and Cirrus/Accenture learning technology, like our mobile App: Strata.
As a team:
This role will be joining a growing digital team of 5, working very closely with Cirrus' creative and learning design teams. This person will report into the Head of Digital & Creative with a 50% chargeable target, offering great opportunities for growth and development.
As a UX Consultant you will:
Work collaboratively with learning designers, developers and other creative professionals within a project team, you’ll create brilliant products and solutions that meet the needs of real leaders and increase organisational capability for our clients.
Propose ideas that solve problems creatively and shape these into logical, coherent solutions that centre around user needs
Design end-to-end user journeys that create the optimal user experience
Use insights from user research and metrics to identify ‘pain points’ and improve the design
Explore a range of approaches to solve specific user problems and ensure that the product logically flows from one step to the next
Produce user journeys, sitemaps, navigation schema, annotated wireframes and specifications
Conduct usability testing and gather feedback
Run workshops with stakeholders
Design stunning User Interfaces in line with our Client brands.
Help shape the strategy of our Leadership Habit App, Strata
We are looking for experience in the following:
Minimum 3 year’s professional experience in a UX role
Must be able to demonstrate previous work through a strong portfolio
UX design of native mobile apps would be an advantage
Experience of working in an agency/ consulting environment for corporate clients would be an advantage
Experience of designing UX/UI solutions for learning and/or behaviour change would be an advantage
Set yourself apart:
Knowledge and desire to investigate, innovate and develop emerging design, UX and technology trends
Strong ability to recognize and predict use-cases and user interaction, including happy path, edge and corner cases, and incorporate them into designs
Excellent understanding of user-experience design for mobile and the web, demonstrable design skills, and ability to show relevant work
Experience in rapid prototyping tools, such as Sketch, Invision and XD
Great consultancy skills, caring about your client’s needs and motivations
Ability to produce exciting creative concepts whilst working within limitations of brand guidelines
Ability to produce high quality results in tight timescales
Structured approach to documentation with a keen eye for detail
Creative flair, originality and a strong visual sense
Confidence to collaborate and explain ideas to colleagues
