As Ops Co-Ordinator, you will provide support to the Operations Team and various external departments, assisting with a broad range of admin duties. Working behind the scenes you will help keep our Operations Team running smoothly. This diverse and interesting role will require you to take responsibility for co-coordinating tasks between the Ops Team and various external departments within Accenture, as well as third party suppliers.  The Ops Co-Ordinator must be able to work resourcefully (both independently and in teams), knowing when to escalate an issue.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Support with the recruitment and payment of freelancers
  • Support final invoices/billing and closing of projects with Finance
  • Gather costs and issue PO requests
  • Attend meetings, take minutes, issue and follow up on actions
  • Support Operations Director and wider Operations Team with administrative tasks such as:
  • Creating process documentation
  • Keeping various trackers and status documents up to date
  • Reviewing timesheet completion rates and conducting data analysis
  • Setting up jobs in Workfront SynOps
  • Ensuring version control of documents & presentations
  • Managing SharePoint access
  • Support with gathering project work effort for assessment
  • Prepare and manage weekly status reports for all open actions in conjunction with teams and report project status to external departments
  • Actively strive to support and contribute to the output of the wider team and agency.

Person Specification:

  • Experience of similar Administration roles
  • Exceptionally organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage and prioritise a complex and varied workload
  • Proficient in Excel, Powerpoint & Sharepoint
  • Experience with Workfront (SynOps for Marketing) beneficial but not essential
  • Project Management, solutions focused
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Agency experience strongly preferred
  • Solid analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Adept at working effectively under pressure and meeting deadlines
  • Ability to work autonomously
