We’re looking for a strong and confident Account Manager (AM) to work on one of the most exciting areas of the Global Jaguar Land Rover business: Special Vehicle Operations (SV). As the Global lead across strategy, social, digital and traditional advertising for all SV communications, our team is at the very centre of everything produced for this business area.
Reporting to the Account Director, the AM will be working as part of the Global Cross Brand team - responsible for creating and delivering an integrated range of assets and support for both the Jaguar and Land Rover brands. Working closely with Strategy, Creative, Project Management and Production the AM will be responsible for managing the day-to-day running of multiple global projects and campaigns at any one time. The AM will be responsible for maintaining momentum on each project according to schedule, whilst pro-actively handling all client feedback provided to the agency and keeping the creative integrity intact throughout the process.
Build strong, trusting relationships with key stakeholders, operating as advisor and support to clients.
Working with Account Director and Account Executive to establish clear lines of communication and manage project timing plans through to delivery.
Confident presenter, able to deliver ideas persuasively – and result in the progression of excellent and effective advertising.
Working closely and collaboratively with Strategy on response to briefs.
Working closely with Project Management to establish and maintain achieveable timing plans with key client stakeholders, checking and updating regularly to ensure accuracy.
Working collaboratively with Producers on the production and delivery of assets. This will include attendance on film and stills shoots where necessary.
Responsible for day-to-day process both internally and externally to clients including resource management, studio brief creation, providing regular and accurate status updates, and creating and ensuring Contact Reports are produced from all necessary meetings.
Responsible for updating the global asset database. Managing and coordinating asset delivery to the markets.
Market coordination – maintaining clear and constant communication with Spark44 offices on global positioning and processes.
Financial management – tracking budgets and tightly managing financial processes.
Strong organisational, problem solving and decision-making skills
Exceptional communication skills both internally and externally.
A pro-active work ethic.
Adept at working effectively under pressure and meeting deadlines.
Passionate about getting others involved and developing more junior members of the team, including management of an AE.
Experience of producing film, print, digital & social media assets.
Luxury/automotive advertising experience is a plus, but not essential.
Ability to work independently and in teams.
Excellent oral and written communications skills.
Proficient using Apple software packages (including Microsoft for Mac), esp. Powerpoint, Excel, Keynote.
