We’re looking for a strong and confident Senior Account Manager (SAM). As the Global lead across strategy, social, digital and traditional advertising for all communications, our team is at the very centre of everything produced for the brand.

Reporting to the Senior Account Manager, the Account Manager will play a key role across new product launches and brand communication campaigns. Working closely with Strategy, Creative and Production the SAM will be responsible for managing the day-to-day running of multiple global campaigns at any one time, maintaining momentum on each project according to schedule, whilst pro-actively handling all client feedback provided to the agency and keeping the creative integrity intact throughout the process.

As a Account Manager, your main responsibilities will be:

Client Management

  • Build strong, trusting relationships with key stakeholders, and provide support to the  Global client
  • Ensure the client understands agreed workflows, receives regular status updates and is effectively managed through the delivery process – showing flexibility and providing practical advice to achieve a solution for any problems that arise on the way.
  • Confident presenter, able to deliver ideas persuasively – and result in the progression of excellent and effective advertising.
  • Be able to work effectively and efficiently with both clients and agencies

Creative Development

  • Act as a Brand Guardian, and be able to advise on industry trends and developments both internally and whilst working with client/other agencies.
  • Establish an excellent “eye” for creative output, recognising strong creative work and when work could be improved.
  • Clearly communicate and support the Creative Team with the Client’s brief, ensuring the Client’s voice is not lost, but the creative boundaries are still pushed
  • Demonstrate a full understanding of the creative process – managing expectations and time pressures, including managing creative resourcing
  • Be able to express personal opinions on creative work which are strategically sound & carefully thought through and be prepared to debate & defend these both internally and with Clients in a way that is constructive not confrontational


  • Working closely and collaboratively with Strategy on response to briefs
  • Working collaboratively with Producers on the production and delivery of assets
  • Deliver work to an exceptional standard, ensuring that everything that has been briefed has been actioned, before client presentations.
  • Have an excellent eye for detail and extremely high standards to act as an example to junior members of the account team
  • Responsible for day-to-day process both internally and externally to clients including resource management, studio brief creation, providing regular and accurate status updates, and creating and ensuring Contact Reports are produced from all meetings.
  • Responsible for updating the global asset database. Managing and coordinating asset delivery to the markets.
  • Market coordination – maintaining clear and constant communication with offices on global positioning and processes
  • Financial management – tracking budgets and tightly managing financial processes.

We are looking for experience in the following skills:

  • Account management experience in a creative agency
  • Strong organisational, problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Adept at working effectively under pressure and meeting deadlines
  • Passionate about getting others involved and developing more junior members of the team, including management of an AE
  • Experience of producing film, print, digital & social media assets
  • Luxury/automotive advertising experience is a plus, but not essential
  • Ability to work independently and in teams
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Proficient using Apple software packages (including Microsoft for Mac), esp. PowerPoint, Excel, Keynote
  • Excellent financial acumen and experience of tracking budgets
