As an Analytics & Optimisation Consultant you will:

Play a critical role in business development and delivery, providing pre-sales support and thought leadership surrounding analytics and experience optimization technologies as well as working directly with customers to implement sophisticated web analytics and optimisation programs.

  • Have experience managing digital activation teams and working closely with clients to understand their business needs in the digital analytics space.

  • Have a well-developed knowledge of web analytics and optimization technologies, processes, and trends.

  • Develop digital marketing strategies for our clients including defining the opportunity, creating the business case and developing the requirements to implement the strategy

  • Analyze data to determine the most valuable opportunities to improve marketing performance and redesigning digital experiences to deliver this

  • Propose, contribute to, and verifying multivariate testing and targeting/personalization strategies in the planning phase of Client projects

  • Develop customer segmentation strategies, then using cluster analysis, predictive modeling and leading-edge analytical techniques to deliver the segmentation

  • Perform the project analysis utilizing Accenture's proprietary software and common commercial analytical applications

  • Support and participate in client presentations and planning sessions documenting required next steps plus explaining and presenting statistical based project results from optimization activities

  • Work with other Accenture colleagues in data, analytics, media, technology, processes and our clients' agencies to transform or improve marketing operations and performance

  • Support teams through all phases of a project lifecycle including developing RFPs, proposals, contracts, planning, discovery, workshops, experiments, blueprints, go live etc.

Qualifications

We are looking for experience in the following skills:

  • Experience in web and digital marketing

  • hands-on experience with DSPs & DMPs

  • Experience in designing, implementing, and operating digital analytics tools using industry-wide technologies (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.)

  • Experience in defining and implementing measurement and optimisation strategies

  • Highly numeric with strong attention to detail, and the ability to drive insight from analytics

  • Excellent communication, presentation and writing skills

  • Ability to work within a multi-functional (analytics/technical/marketing) team on multiple projects, managing timelines and communicating risks/issues

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and how digital data is captured across channels (including web sites, paid and organic search, display media, email, social media).

  • Experience working with user experience design, information architecture, agile web development processes, content management and social collaboration tools.

Set yourself apart:

  • Candidates with hands on experience building measurement capabilities and engaging with the business using Analytics Platforms

  • Candidates with hands on experience working with Tag Management systems (TMS)

  • Strong background in reporting and visualisations.

  • Global experience / experience in working on geographically dispersed teams will be an advantage.

  • Experience and understanding of analytics for content websites.

  • Knowledge and hands-on experience in website structures to aid the delivery of implementation.

  • Strong business acumen and content understanding.

  • Masters / Bachelor's degree in statistical field from Top Tier Institutes, ideal.
