Project Role Description : Creates production and non-production cloud environments using the proper software tools such as a platform for a project or product. Deploys the automation pipeline and automates environment creation and configuration.

Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Utilities WACS/FFS Integration Consultant with expertise in integrating Oracle Utilities Work and Asset Cloud Service and Oracle Field Service systems. The candidate should have strong knowledge of Oracle Utilities business processes, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), web services, and data mapping between WACS and Field Service applications.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and support integration between WACS and Oracle Field Service.
Work on end-to-end work activity lifecycle integrations including: Create Activity, Update Activity, Cancel Activity, Complete Activity & Interim Status Updates
Configure and customize OIC integration flows for WACS and FFS.
Perform field activity mapping between WACS work orders and FFS activities.
Configure inbound/outbound web services, REST/SOAP APIs, and message queues.
Work on activity, inventory, asset, and resource usage mappings.
Support field work functions including: Asset installation/removal , Resource usage ,Timesheets ,Measurements ,Service histories
Perform troubleshooting and error handling in integration flows.
Prepare technical design documents, mapping documents, and deployment guides.
Coordinate with functional, middleware, and field service teams during implementation and support activities.
Support SIT, UAT, production deployment, and hypercare activities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Strong experience in Oracle Utilities WACS/WAM.
Hands-on experience with Oracle Field Service (OFS/FFS).
Experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
Strong understanding of REST/SOAP web services and integrations.
Knowledge of Oracle Utilities data model and work management processes.
Experience in XSLT mappings and integration customizations.
Understanding of activity lifecycle and field workforce management.
Experience in troubleshooting integration issues and logs.
Experience in Oracle Utilities CC&B/C2M integrations.
Knowledge of GIS, ERP SCM, or Asset Management integrations.
Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
WACS Work Activity FFS Activity Mapping
Experience in Utilities domain (Electricity, Water, Gas)
Knowledge of Oracle Utilities integration accelerators
Understanding of deployment and migration activities

Additional Information:
- 5+ Years in Oracle Utilities with experience in WACS and Oracle Field Service (FFS/OFS) integrations flow
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
