Hybrid Working: Remote with occasional visits to our Newcastle office. Applicable after successful completion of initial 6 weeks office based training in Newcastle.
Are you a fluent Welsh speaker with a passion for helping others and delivering brilliant customer service?
We’re looking for a Welsh-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join our friendly, high-performing team at Accenture. You’ll play a crucial role supporting local producers in Wales by providing guidance and clarity on their payments, invoices, and obligations – all while ensuring their experience is smooth and stress-free.
This is your chance to use your language skills to make a meaningful impact and help ensure Welsh-speaking customers receive support in their preferred language.
What you’ll do:
Be the first point of contact for Welsh-speaking local producers
Respond to queries about payment instructions, invoice amounts, disputes, and more – via phone, online chat, email, and post
Handle complaints with professionalism and care
Log and manage tickets in ServiceNow, redirecting IT issues to the right teams
Maintain accurate records and follow up as needed
Ensure all activity complies with policies and government regulations.
What we're looking for:
Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally within a contact centre or similar environment.
Fluent in Welsh and English (spoken and written)
A natural communicator who’s confident, clear, and compassionate
Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
A calm, solutions-focused approach – even when under pressure
