Salary - £40,000 - £50,000 depending on experience + excellent benefits

As part of UKI Marketing + Communications, you will work with colleagues in the Local Campaigns, Media, Campaign Management, Data and Analytics, Creative Services and Research teams among others, to deliver the very best campaigns to our clients.

Industry differentiation is critical to us and we align our marketing to our core industries to ensure that we create market-relevant content and campaigns to reach our clients. This role will offer the opportunity to develop real expertise in the Financial Services sector, supporting our ambitious revenue targets across the Banking, Capital Markets and Insurance industries.

In our team you will learn:


  • To be ruthlessly selective in order to curate a compelling experience for our portfolio of financial services client in the UK & Ireland.

  • To build industry differentiation in the UKI Banking, Capital Markets and Insurance markets by adapting campaigns to the specific needs and interests of our clients in UKI.
  • To challenge expectations and the status quo, asking yourself: ‘Could we do this differently? How can we improve our approach? What activity might drive better outcomes?’


As an Associate Manager, you will:


  • Adapt and leverage central campaigns to great effect in the UKI FS market, curating compelling client experiences.

  • Work with Client Account Leads and other Managing Directors (MDs) to assess the needs and appetites of their clients, designing targeting programmes to leverage available campaigns and content to good effect.

  • Fully leverage UKI Local Campaigns, notably those aimed at Functional Buyer groups.

  • Work with colleagues in central Industry marketing teams to help develop content that is suitable for the UKI market or adapting central content for local use if appropriate.

  • Bring to life available or upcoming content and events for UKI FS MDs through timely and

  • inspiring communications. 

  • Use your strong project management and stakeholder management skills to juggle competing priorities in this fast-paced role.


We are looking for experience in the following skills:

  • Professional services and/or B2B Marketing experience required
  • Financial Services (Banking, Insurance or Capital Markets) experience preferred
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to simultaneously manage multiple, complex projects in a deadline-driven environment
  • Creativity, flair and innovation in how to achieve cut-through and differentiation for campaigns
  •  Proficiency in marketing data management and campaign reporting
  • Proven track record in stakeholder management
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  •  Ability to develop and apply creative solutions to complex issues
  •  A team player, able to collaborate and communicate with other marketing professionals in our extended marketing team around the world
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Professional attitude and service orientation

  •  Ability to tell a powerful story – be that to internal stakeholders or in shaping client communications
  • Mastery of the full suite marketing mix – digital, video, client comms, podcasts, virtual activities, blogs, media etc.
  • Established record of effective stakeholder engagement with proven results
