The Opportunity


As a Manager within the Products Security practice, you’ll get the opportunity to work with some of the world’s largest companies across some of their most complex security challenges and decisions in the continually evolving technology landscape, with continually changing regulatory and compliance requirements, changing threat landscape and increased attack surface.

Job Description


As a Manager in Products, you’ll typically be responsible for leading our client projects, shaping the deliverable's, client relationships, and wider team, with the support and coaching of our Senior Managers and Leadership.


This will involve:


·         Identifying, assessing and solving complex business problems where analysis of situations requires an in depth knowledge of organizational objectives

·         Interacting with senior management at a client and/or within Accenture, negotiating or influencing on significant matters

·         Acting independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments

·         Managing large/medium sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture

·         Latitude in decision-making and determining objectives and approaches to critical assignments

·         Following the strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near term goals


Key Attributes


We are looking for a Products Security Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will:

·         Have broad security skills with solid understanding or awareness of cross functional IT Security areas:

o    Identity Management

o    Infrastructure Security

o    Application Security

o    Data Protection

o    Managed Security Services or security outsourcing delivery

·         Demonstrate experience independently completing complex security related tasks, making major contributions in assuring deliverable's

·         Evaluate, counsel, mentor, and provide feedback on the performance of others

·         Communicate client expectations to the engagement team

·         Be knowledgeable of the Products industry or functional specialty

·         Independently create written deliverable's and participate in presentations

·         Build positive rapport with clients through effective communications

·         Have project and program management experience, and the proven ability to lead project delivery and/or multiple projects delivery

·         Play a substantive or lead role in establishing and maintaining quality in internal and external communications to include deliverable's, technical content of reports, proposals etc.

·         Develop working relationships with Senior Executive and Senior Managers across the client account team to drive work in the Products industry

·         Monitor project economics and client billing

·         Demonstrate ability to create and direct proposal efforts

·         The ability to travel








IAPP/ISO Qualifications or equivalent
