Job Title: Local Campaigns Manager

Location London

Salary - £55,000 -  £65,000 depending on experience

This role sits within our Geographic Marketing and Communications (M+C) team – part of a vibrant and exciting M+C community in the UK and Ireland that includes professionals with specialist skills from across the marketing mix.  As part of our UK Local Campaigns team you will work with our local leadership to understand their business priorities and then design and deliver locally relevant campaigns to meet those needs and ensure that these campaigns reach our clients as well as driving awareness and consideration for us in the UK market.
 
A key requirement is the localisation of global campaigns that tell the end to end story for Accenture and which drive our differentiation in the market. These will include campaigns connected with our globally agreed Shared Priorities and Iconic Thought Leadership.    
 
 
Key Responsibilities
 
  • Management of key stakeholders within the business and within M+C
  • Collaboration and cooperation with key stakeholders
  • Creating relevant campaigns in line with local business priorities
  • Working with different skilled experts and agencies to localise global campaigns assets and create new and engaging additional campaign assets  
  • Creating specific briefs and working through how best to deliver results with local and global resources
  • Ensuring project and time management for campaigns for timely execution
  • Managing junior members of the team
  • Measuring and reporting performance of campaigns
  • Managing of budget and resource supply and demand where applicable


Qualifications

 
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
 
  • Proven success in driving key programmes effectively with ROI, working with senior stakeholders, leadership and management of complex teams, working with external parties and creating compelling and effective campaigns
  • Integrated strategy and planning
  • Understanding of a complex matrix infrastructure
  • Strong communication and marketing skills and deep overall business acumen
  • Resourceful approach to problem solving and ability to propose creative solutions
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience working with media partnerships
  • Ability to put structure around ambiguously defined thoughts/situations
  • Strong English written and verbal skills
  • Ability to build credibility with a large network of key stakeholders, including highest levels of leadership
