A new area within Accenture Digital is Industry X.0, Accenture’s approach to the Digital Re-Invention of the Industry. In your role within our Industry X.0 team, you’ll help clients take advantage of significant market opportunities as digital technology moves into the core of industry in product development and manufacturing environments.  You’ll help them transform their product, manufacturing and product related services value chains in Automotive, Retail, Consumer Goods, Industrial & Medical Equipment,  Communications, High Tech, Chemicals, Mining, Oil & Gas and Utilities.   As part of Accenture Digital, you’ll benefit from tailored career management and specialist skills that will fuel your ambitions in the Industry X.0 space.


What responsibilities will you have?

  • Bring your expertise to bear to architect the optimal PLM system centered around 3DEXPERIENCE or other Dassault Systemès software.
    • Capture Client Business needs, processes and key user personas and translate into a robust Dassault-based Solution that meets functional, non-functional needs and is fit for purpose from an Enterprise integration and cost of ownership perspective
    • Work closely with the overall Program Lead to ensure technical delivery of such architected Dassault-based PLM solutions ensuring Business Stakeholder communications continuity and all other key stakeholders throughout.
    • Consideration of the wider Client enterprise context and be able to support the extension/integration of the PLM solution into domains such as ERP, Business Intelligence & Analytics, external Supplier Collaboration, Enterprise Asset Management
    • Tackle “the Data challenge” – identifying or adhering to a suitable Data Model for the client and any data migration/legacy system transition needs – solving them based on your expert knowledge.
  • Support Business Development opportunities together with Industry X.0, the wider Accenture and Dassault themselves
  • Ensuring you and your team are kept fully up to date with the latest Training; Accenture have a comprehensive Dassault Academy and wider Industry X.0 framework to enable this

Skills & experience are we looking for?

  • Possess a deep technical understanding of Dassault software and be able to provide hands-on and pragmatic advice in the client’s context across the full Solution Delivery Lifecycle. Ideally this is with 3DEXPERIENCE/ENOVIA, DELMIA or APRISO as your core skill
  • Experience in architecting and technically leading the implementation of PLM solutions
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience, ideally in Computer Sciences, Engineering or Mathematics
  • Experience in team leading with a growth mindset
  • Solid experience leading a PLM system integration and/or data migration
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills and a solution oriented and systematic way of working
  • Strong general IT acumen
  • Flexibility and mobility to travel as part of the role
  • Industry experience in Automotive, Consumer Goods, Aerospace and Defence or Capital/Construction Projects is beneficial

This position may be subject to satisfactory BPSS and SC security clearance which requires 5 years continuous UK address history at the point of application
