Job Title: Global Mobility - Case Manager Co-ordinator
Location: London
Salary range: £26,000 to £28,000 (dependent on experience)
 
Job Summary
 
Global Mobility is a service delivery function within Accenture which provides end-to-end support to our employees traveling or transferring on any cross-border policy.
 
A CL11 (Analyst) within Global Mobility (Service Delivery) is responsible for contributing to the delivery of end to end mobility services to our customers in relation to all Accenture cross border policies. 
 
The role involves:
  • Contributing to the provision of Advisory Services in the 2 following areas:

                 1/ Helping Client Engagements make well-informed staffing decisions

                 2/ Managing risk and compliance with Employment Tax & Immigration

  • Having regular interaction with internal teams including HR, Workplace, AEE (Accenture Enterprise Enablement) and external vendors
  • Act as first point of contact for queries that are escalated to the local team for resolution
  • Implementing operational changes based on guidance from line manager
Key Responsibilities:
UKI Global Mobility Operations
  • Cost estimate preparation to enable projects to forecast assignment costs
  • Reporting (SLA’s, repatriation of assignees)
  • Supporting with reimbursement of assignment expenses
  • SharePoint management/team admin/process revision/ system updates
  • Customer survey analysis
  • Facilitate UKI team meetings, book rooms, manage agenda, attendees etc… and manage Global Mobility team desk bookings
  • Manage updates to Cross Border Agreement (documenting terms of assignment) as required
  • Manage updates to Cross Border Agreement (documenting terms of assignment) as required
  • Management and allocation of mailboxes and Technology Support
  • Oversee Destination Service/schooling invoices and tracking payment/setting up of suppliers
  • Manage UKI training purchase orders and invoices
  • Work on reports required for data driven advisory
  • Drafting of exception request/support letters for bank account introduction/NHS reference letters


Qualifications

Qualifications:
 
Education:                    
Educated to A-Level or equivalent
 
Work Experience:        
Working in international mobility in a large multinational corporation an advantage but not essential
 
Knowledge/Skills Requirements:
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Effective time management and prioritization skills
  • Sound working knowledge of MS Office
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational abilities
  • Able to work independently and use own initiative
  • Ability to simultaneously manage multiple complex activities and projects
  • Foundation in mobility operations an advantage
