Role: Employee Experience Marketing Manager 

Location: London

Salary - Up to £66,000 depending on experience + benefits

Contract: Full-Time, Permanent

Candidate marketing is responsible for connecting extraordinary people to extraordinary career opportunities at Accenture. The team supports business growth by using marketing strategies to help Accenture discover top, diverse talent and likewise, to help top talent discover Accenture.

Informed by business priorities and geographic hiring demand, the candidate marketing team collaborates with Global Talent Brand and Geographic Teams, to deliver candidate experiences that: raise awareness, attract, engage, inspire and drive candidates to apply.

The newly formed Global Candidate Experience team is responsible for designing best-in-class candidate experiences. The ideal candidate will have experience working cross-functionally with a passion for brilliant user experiences, considering all touchpoints along the candidate journey including website, social media channels, content and events. This is a brand-new role which requires vision and focus with a flexible and collaborative work style to build credibility with a large network of stakeholders. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Build data-driven candidate journeys. Use research and insights to understand candidates pain points and design better experiences, test and iterate

  • Optimise candidate touchpoints ensuring each opportunity to engage with our talent audience is timely, relevant and reflects our brand values

  • Collaborate with talent brand, candidate and geographic marketing teams to identify and remove potential recruitment barriers

  • Look for opportunities to support local teams in scaling grassroots candidate experience initiatives and campaigns

  • Partner with stakeholders across all business areas and geographies

  • Gather insights and conduct research to understand candidate experiences

  • Be an advocate for best-in-class candidate marketing, staying on the pulse of great campaign examples and the latest thought leadership, news, articles and case studies

Qualifications

  • Degree Educated 

What skills & experience are we looking for?

  • Integrated strategy and planning, Digital strategy, Brand management, Candidate marketing, People communications

  • Understanding of a complex matrix infrastructure

  • Strong communication and marketing skills and deep overall business acumen

  • Resourceful approach to problem solving and ability to propose creative solutions

  • Strong project management skills

  • Ability to put structure around ambiguously defined thoughts/situations

  • Strong English written and verbal skills

  • Able to build credibility with a large network of key stakeholders, including highest levels of leadership
