Job Title: Campaign Senior Manager
Salary - £68,000 - £83,000 depending on experience + benefits
The new role of Campaign Marketing Manager is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned marketing professional to play a key role in our next-level marketing campaign strategy and delivery at Accenture. The Campaign Marketing Manager will be aligned to a specific area of the Accenture business (i.e. Industry or business group) and therefore will become a critical partner to that groups Marketing & Communications team.
The Campaign Marketing Manager will be responsible for understanding the business and marketing objectives of their aligned to area, as well as developing an understanding of the personas. With this knowledge, the campaign marketing manager will provide thought leadership around the most effective campaign strategy as well delivering effective, high-impact marketing campaigns that resonate with the target audiences and reinforce and enhance the Accenture brand.
Be the steward of the client experience that was defined as part of Integrated planning process.
Oversee and manage the planning, design and execution of marketing campaigns ensuring we are employing the right channel mix for an optimal client experience. This can include advertising, internal communications, recruitment marketing, events & sponsorships, web content management, social media, among others.
Provide strategic counsel to campaign owners ensuring all marketing professionals understand how Campaign Management will serve as a partner in delivering the optimal client experience.
Work closely with Project Management Analyst to project manage all aspects of a campaign from planning, development and execution, resolving campaign issues to ensure they deliver on the campaign plan and meet or exceed SLAs.
Track and analyze program execution to ensure campaigns are meeting and exceeding their objectives, as well as constantly learning and optimizing our processes and future campaigns.
Collaborate across Business/OG/Geo dimensions to resolve campaign conflicts, escalating unresolvable conflicts to Campaign Management Lead.
Coach and mentor campaign managers and digital marketing professionals within the campaign team so they are strengthening skills and delivering high performance.
Strong campaign management and/or cross-channel data-driven marketing execution whereby you have demonstrated an ability to communicate and behave in a manner that commands trust and authority from external and internal stakeholders.
Ability to align and move people and organizations into action whereby you have demonstrated an ability to communicate your ideas and plans in ways that build credibility, inspire and align people and motivate action.
Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced environment and manage workflow across teams and departments, consistently meeting deadlines and motivating others to do the same.
Ability to prioritize and switch gears quickly between multiple projects. You successfully plan and coordinate workflow across teams.
