JOB PURPOSE
 
To deliver space strategy across the UKI campus to achieve provision of space in line with business requirement and effective utilization in target range.  To deliver Real Estate & Space services related to analysis and reporting of space utilisation, Real Estate moves and changes along with recovery of discretionary pricelist. 
 
SCOPE
 
Reporting into the Real Estate Transaction Associate Manager, the Real Estate Mobilization Specialist will be responsible for managing the following: 
  • The delivery of the Real Estate & Space management strategy relating to space provision, allocation and utilisation to meet the ever-changing needs of the business.
  • The delivery of operational Real Estate management services to customers throughout the Accenture UK Real Estate.
  • Day to day customer relationships across the business relating to Real Estate & Space
  • The measurement, reporting and management of service quality across Real Estate and Space.
  • Responsible for the management of suppliers who support the delivery of Real Estate management services.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES 
 
Service Management and Reporting
  • Engage with Real Estate Mobilization Associate Manager around the development of the Estate Management Business plan to achieve objectives set by the business, collaborating with team to ensure engagement with and participation, development and execution of the plan.
  • Accountable for the day to day management of all Real Estates & Space Management services to achieve agreed metrics (OLAs / SLAs) to identify, assess and mitigate risk across assigned service lines as required.
  • Responsible for accurate production and reporting of monthly service metrics for the assigned service lines to ensure they are on target.
  • Responsible for the quarterly strategic review process for all major suppliers of the assigned service lines to drive value.
 
Estates Management Strategy
  • Assist with preparation and review of all business case documentation related to real estate acquisition in UK and Ireland in adherence to real estate policy and procedures (AP20, AP3, AP940 and other Policies as appropriate)
  • Assist Real Estate Transactions Manager with the negotiation and management of real estate transaction, the management of leases to ensure all critical contract dates are observed and prepare, review and ensure accuracy of real estate, legal and financial documents related to Accenture’s leases.
  • Consult with Real Estate Mobilization Associate Manager to drive, create and deliver of the UKI property and space strategy, undertake research projects as required.
  • Responsible for monitoring performance of the UKI property portfolio to review alignment with overall property strategy. 
  • Act as the liaison point with Service Development Projects team, Office Operations team, BNP Paribas, Solicitors, Estates management specialists, external Facilities contractors and all stakeholders to meet client requirements for external space.
  • Build Accenture Global and external space design and management networks to obtain and share industry standards, best practice and innovation.
 
Space Planning
  • Continuously analyses and reports on existing space utilisation to aid development of long-term strategic space strategy.
  • Adopt a proactive approach to day to day planning, drive out and deliver actions from space reporting (e.g. Sensource, census etc.) to ensure the deliverables are met to achieve agreed metrics (OLAs/SLAs).
  • Progress and implement approved space strategy to ensure selling of internal space.
  • Work closely with Technology partners to understand technology implications on space strategy.
 
Supplier Management 
  • Establish and maintain effective peer to peer strategic relationships with third party suppliers to ensure effective delivery model in line with Accenture’s property strategy.
  • Lead monthly review meetings with suppliers to ensure Accenture receive best value.
  • Measure and manage performance against the contract and SLA, benchmarking service and cost across the market place to ensure market competitiveness.
  • Optimize supplier expertise and resources and drive continuous improvement to provide quality, innovation and efficiency.
 
Finance and Budget Ownership
  • Responsible for the collation and presentation of monthly finance analysis to ensure timely and accurate submission
  • Responsible for ensuring that additional payments financial planning, forecasting and spend control for Estates Management services to comply with Accenture’s procurement and payment policies
  • Use SAP to understand the activity in the Estates budget with reference to claims on the home working WBS to escalate issues when necessary
  • Establish detailed budget requirements and reforecast regularly to reflect changing needs
