About your future role:


We are currently hiring for a Business & Industry Integration Expert to help us shape leading large-scale business transformation programs using Microsoft within our new Accenture Microsoft Business Group Advisory practice in the UK and Ireland. In this role, you’ll be responsible for leading development of large-scale industry focused business transformation strategies and advisory services using Microsoft.


Role Responsibilities:

  • Facilitating the solution design trade off conversations that evaluate potential design options and balance business value of the customer experience against the cost of development and ongoing maintenance
  • Identifying opportunities and impacts to operational processes then guiding our clients in managing the associated changes
  • Lead Microsoft advisory/implementation engagement(s) for the AMBG Advisory practice and provide engagement leadership:  Assess engagement performance, risks, issues and impact on solution and service delivery commitments, client relationships, etc.
  • Overseeing early stage complex delivery at a given client
  • Owning development of an integrated program plan and managing client expectations throughout delivery and ensure the values we are delivering are in line with client expectations
  • Creating an integrated program plan from the individual project plans, showing the high-level flow of project milestones and dependencies across projects. Using the plan to rebalance work and manage variances across projects
  • Monitoring and control the quality management process, manage expectations, conduct milestone reviews, manage process performance, conduct continuous improvement and causal analysis activities.
  • Managing program/project’s financial, resource strategy and contingency
  • Building and maintaining high performance teams
  • Supporting pre-sales activities inclusive of participating in sales calls and proposal development
  • Building the brand of AMBG Advisory. Driving the value proposition of a digital transformation strategy
  • Demonstrating how our client’s vision becomes a reality when Avanade, Accenture and Microsoft technologies are brought together

 

The successful candidate will have the following experience, skills & qualifications:

  • A depth of experience in Cloud Computing with exposure to Microsoft technologies, either working industry or consulting side.
  • A solid grounding in large scale, multi-year business transformations programs.
  • Clear ability in creating future state visions and identifying the roadmap to implement the vision.
  • A depth of experience in leading solution architecture design (business architecture, process architecture, integration architecture, user experience, process improvement)
  • Consulting experience with a medium to large consulting firm focusing on cloud computing (solution architecture, storage, SaaS, multi-tenant computing, large scale computing environments, etc.).
  • Also, confident in project management, business analysis, and technology implementation in full life-cycle cloud engagements

 

We’re looking for candidates that also have these additional preferred skills and qualifications:

  • Ability to adapt to dynamic work environment and be creative within a team
  • Experience managing multi-shore projects
  • Microsoft and other cloud platform certifications
  • Very strong work ethic with a customer service focus (high intensity)
  • Experience leading and mentoring teams of up to 30 people.
  • Customer oriented and great at building client relationships at all levels
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • The ability to build strong internal network/relationships within the eco-system
  • Understanding of European culture
  • A positive, enthusiastic, and passionate attitude
  • Fluency in multiple European languages
