As a Customer and Channels Life Sciences Consultant you’ll need to have both a deep understanding of the business challenges faced by our clients as well as solid functional consulting skills and an appetite to understand the technologies that enable our solutions. Project role activities may include developing new product launch approaches and frameworks, collaborating across the Accenture ecosystem to design new patient services, embedding CRM capabilities to empower sales forces or mapping an end-to-end integrated channel campaign process.
Skills and Experience we’re looking for:
- A broad understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and healthcare landscape with prior experience within or supporting the sector.
- Experience advising or supporting pharmaceutical operations – ideally with a focus on sales, marketing, patient services and/or product launch.
- An appetite to understand the technology enablers that underpin our offerings collaborating with Accenture Technology and Accenture Digital.
- Project and Stakeholder Management experience and the ability to manage client relationships credibly and with confidence
- Experience delivering projects or initiatives as part of a team with a strong collaborative spirit
- A creative and innovative mindset with the agility to identify and grow new client opportunities and forge industry points of view
