Location: London

Travel: up to 100% mobility

Salary: £70,000 – 85,000

With the increasing complexity of business in the 21st century, enterprise technologies and practices that enabled success are reaching their limits.  Our Products Technology Consulting practice provides advisory and delivery expertise to major Retail, Consumer Goods, Life Sciences, Travel and Automotive firms to help our clients pivot to the new by injecting new technologies, new methodologies and new ways to deliver innovation to the business. 

 

Key features of the role

We are currently seeking to recruit Scaled Agile Manager with knowledge and experience of how to deliver change using agile at scale in a retail environment.

 

As a manager you will work, utilising your significant knowledge and understanding of agile, to advise and deliver change to our retail clients.  This will involve leading and working as part of a team to educate and support our clients on best practice methods and organisation as they transition to new ways of working, or working on behalf of the client to deliver business value in a scaled agile environment. 

 

When it comes to embracing an agile mindset your interpersonal skills will make all the difference with clients and colleagues alike. As a team player, you can go further than providing expertise on best practice by bringing out the best in others and encourage sharing of knowledge on best practices and experiences within your team and stakeholder group. 

 

As part of the Technology Consulting team, you will also work to develop points of view on the methodology to spread knowledge and experience both internally and externally.

What we're looking for

Advisory & implementation experience of agile, which should include tangible examples in several of the following areas:

  • Comprehensive understanding and hands on experience of implementing and working within an Agile delivery methodology, SAFe certification preferable
  • Experience of advising or leading an agile delivery across distributed geographies and teams
  • Have fulfilled a role such as a product owner or release train engineer
  • Confident in forging and owning relationships and leading conversations with client stakeholders 
  • Background in Retail or Consumer Goods

What other qualifications or skills do I need?

  • Educated to Bachelor's Degree level
  • Proven success of leading a team
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Onshore, client-facing experience
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Strong career progression to date
  • You must be willing to be London based, but be fully mobile, i.e. prepared to work away from home Monday to Friday as required
