Role: Infrastructure Delivery Senior Manager

Location: London/Various

Travel: 60%

Salary: £75-100k depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

The profile we are looking for owns client relationship for the operations contract. Responsible for client relationship, profit and loss management of the account, quality and risk with the services provided to the client, strategic positioning for growth and people management on the account. Responsible for crafting and driving value led transformation for the clients.

Customer Service Accountability

  • Focal point for client activity, serving as single point of contact for Account Management team to Delivery organisation.
  • Lead service delivery across all locations where services are provided.
  • Manage delivery of the agreed scope of service at the agreed price.
  • Ensure the feasibility of the solution and deliver the service by utilising Accenture's capabilities.
  • Work with the Account Management team to commit to client(s) on behalf of the delivery organisation on SLA achievement demand plan and delivery schedule.
  • Participate in strategic discussions with client and account team to provide outsourcing expertise.
  • Look for opportunities to expand the scope of the services and deliver upsell into the account
  • Participate in solution design processes - Validate and sign off on specific solution configuration/deal shaping to ensure delivery capability will achieve client expectations

Lead and Develop the Account Management Team

  • Directly or indirectly manage the work of team members assigned to the client(s), to achieve on-time/on-budget results.
  • Participate in career management activities for counselees, direct reports and team members.

Lead to Contract Operational and Financial Commitments

  • Ensure contract enablement, quality and effectiveness.
  • Reduce costs of standard offerings, assets, processes, technologies, licenses, facilities and subcontractors.
  • Deliver efficiencies through standard processes and alignments.
  • Manage and raise performance issues to Account Management team.
  • Formalise delivery plans with Account Management team.

. Work with Account Management and Commercial Directors in order to:

  • Address supply demand gaps, confirm demand plan and delivery performance issues, communicate operational issues and continuous improvement ideas.
  • Manage service quality, change orders and recovery plans within the outsourcing contract scope.
  • Handle the critical issues between the Delivery organization and the Account Management team.
  • Participate in account planning and forecasting sessions within the Account Management team.

          • Experience in delivery of large-scale and complex IT projects at customer´s site.
          • Practice in budgeting and control, as well as in monitoring financial indicators.

          • Identifies, assesses and solves complex business problems, using in-depth analysis of situations or data.
          • Can travel up to 60% if required, with options of remote/flexible working if required
