Salary: £40,000 to £80,000

Description
Working in AS you will help to define and deliver solutions for clients, integrating both custom and packaged technologies. This will involve working with clients and other Accenture solution teams to cover the complete life cycle of systems delivery, from initial business strategy and value prioritisation through delivery and operation.
 
Required Skills
We're looking for people who can work through the lifecycle of a solution, from shaping an agile transformation to maximising the delivery of value through flexible delivery approaches. Dependent on experience we are looking to recruit at all levels, from business analyst through to project manager.
You will need:
  • A passion for technology architecture and delivery with an agile mindset
  • The confidence and poise to become the trusted advisor of board level client executives
  • Leadership abilities - transfer vision into results
  • A collaborative and team-building attitude
  • To be fully mobile, often working on-site with our clients
  • Strong communication skills (speaking, writing, listening)
Technology
The applicant should demonstrate a detailed understanding, plus an ability to communicate to our clients, the principles of technology architecture across multiple domains, including:
  • Demonstrated industry leading expertise and deep knowledge in two or more of the key Enterprise Agile Skills Areas
  • Strong hands on exposure on Oracle, PLSQL, Java, Web Services, JMS, Unix
  • Understand how build and CI tools like Bamboo, Team City, Jenkins, Puppet works and able to use them independently
  • Transformation and Change Enablement
  • Programme and Project Delivery Leadership
  • Architectures and DevOps
  • Coaching, Asset Development and Training
  • Ability to consider and create flexible or hybrid delivery approaches where appropriate
  • Experienced in building agile trust in IT and business environments
  • Development techniques including Continuous Delivery
  • Support any UAT/Production issues if need arises
  • Work with senior stakeholders in business and IT to co-ordinate for the requirement, design and build solutions.
Industry & Functional
The applicant should have good knowledge and understanding of functional areas, including:
  • Credit Risk industry specific terms
  • EAD, JtR, Stress, Limits, RWA, Risk exposure calculations in Credit Risk
  • IFRS 9
Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in Computer Applications (or equivalent)
