What we're looking for

 

The Implementation Services practice provides a community of Cloud Infrastructure Architects, Engineers and Implementation Specialists, driving robust architectures, high quality and excellent delivery capability on Cloud Infrastructure projects across our global client base.

 

Our Implementation Services practice is involved in the whole life cycle of projects, right from the drawing board and technical presales activities all the way through to low level design, testing, implementation, and operational handover

Our ideal candidate will be a passionate individual with a keen and diverse fundamental technical understanding, robust hands on capability, and experience of working in mission critical and challenging client environments.

 

Key responsibilities may include:

  • Understanding end to end workplace solutions and being able to advise clients on a transformation strategy to adapt to industry best practices
  • Good understanding of overall delivery lifecycle and supporting methodologies and processes
  • Creation, execution and documentation of tests necessary to ensure that a workplace design or technical environment meets client requirements (technical and functional)
  • Identifying and implementing configuration changes to workplace end points and infrastructure technologies so that they adapt to new design requirements
  • Understand and adhere to Change Management systems and processes to comply with different client requirements
  • Leading technical teams in order to achieve successful deliveries

 

 

 

 

What we're looking for

  

Skills / Experience Required include:

 

The Workplace Consultant will be a Microsoft certified professional and is required to be well versed in core EUC technologies from the Microsoft and Google stack, specialising in one or more of Win10, O365, and Enterprise Mobility suite. The ideal candidate will have a strong interpersonal skill and will demonstrate strength in team working.

Required Technical Skills:

·         Workplace Infrastructure

o    Platforms: Microsoft

o    Core Technologies:

§  Azure

§  Windows Server

§  Active Directory

§  Generalist knowledge of networking topology

o    Specialisation in one or more of the following:

§  Office 365

§  Windows OS

§  Intune

§  SCCM

§  Exchange

§  Skype for Business

§  Desktop Application Packaging

·         General Skills: Client facing consulting and Microsoft Office applications
