Salary: £41,000 - £108,000
Job Location: London
Travel : Up to 100% (variable)

The key goals of this role will be:
  • Exhibit the ability to operate effectively in a team selling/working environment.
  • Demonstrate deep content, industry and business acumen.
  • Exhibit strong understanding of Freight & Logistics industry and AFLS offerings.
  • Exhibit deep sales and/or sales operations skills with a focus on profitability
  • Meet and exceed sales targets of APP AFLS.
  • Mentor and train the APP AFLS Practice.
  • Proactively manages software sales campaigns and closes opportunities using deep sales process and software offering or product expertise.
  • Meet key clients and prospects within established accounts on a regular basis to build and nurture the relationship, as well as look out for further opportunities
  • Leverage cross Accenture Industry solution and market place knowledge to drive the overall software growth strategy.
What responsibilities will you have?
  • Accountable for the AFLS products' sales targets including licenses, maintenance, solutions and services.
  • Drive and generate new business revenue opportunities.
  • Building effective relationships and business plans with AFLS
  • Tailoring the AFLS value proposition to prospects based on in-depth research of specific business conditions and drivers
  • Arranging and conducting initial product demonstrations and presentations
  • Being the trusted advisor to the customer by understanding their existing and future IT roadmap to drive the AFLS solution within the marketplace
  • Work closely with sales to understand key prospect and customer requirements
  • Understand key prospect and customer organisational goals
  • Develop and present business case material for senior prospect and customer stakeholders.
  • Lead and help support key vertical-focused marketing initiatives
  • Work within, and help lead, an extended team where required.
Required Skills
  • Demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding new business sales targets
  • Previous sales experience gained within software or IT sales organisation managing a large number of sales cycles at any one time
  • Successful track record of driving direct and indirect sales
  • Demonstrable track record of displacing complex or legacy software
  • Previous AFLS sales experience
  • Commercially astute, experience in developing business case and ROI together with customer’s personnel.
  • Ability to build strong relationships at all levels of both prospect /partner organisations including C’ level
  • Experience in AFLS
  • Strong Technical background.
  • Strong awareness of Sales processes and methodology.
