Location: London

Salary: £70,000 - £85,000 + bonus/benefits

Travel: 50-80% - As required

  • Build, deploy and scale marketing, sales, commerce and service technology solutions that reduce business complexity and cost
  • Help optimise and transform business processes and technologies across a wide range of areas including: marketing clouds, campaign management, programmatic media buying/selling, customer data management and analytics, content management, eCommerce, marketing and media optimization and marketing operations, sales and service.

 

The opportunity for you:

The Digital Content Manager, specializing in Content operations, will work with Accenture clients to understand their content needs.  This professional will work as a Content Expert within our Digital portfolio utilizing Accenture Interactive's platform and tools. 

The Digital Content Manager will assist with the following:

  • Manage and optimise internal workflow to ensure/increase productivity
  • Initiating projects including scope, budget and schedule
  • Planning projects including resources, gathering requirements and reporting
  • Project execution including scope change, briefing and progress tracking

·       Managing a content teams both locally and offshore

  • Supporting & mentoring junior team members
  • Be an internal source of expertise across Content

 

Key Responsibilities:

As a digital content manager you’ll;

  • Developing digital content strategies for our clients

·       Ensure you consistently deliver against all contractual obligations including SLAs and KPIs

·       Ensure clients understand agreed workflows and manage them through the process

·       Set and manage client expectations, deliverables and timeframes

·       Identify areas for improvement of existing workflow and processes which could benefit Accenture and/or the client

·       Act as a brand QC/Guardian – always ensure brand guidelines, QC checklists and procedures are followed

·       Proactively identify and seek new revenue opportunities

·       Strive to better client and stakeholder relations

·       Lead implementation of new services

·       Build and maintain a client business development plan on an ongoing basis identifying specific opportunities and action required

Basic Qualifications: 

  • Experience of content experience at either an agency (i.e. Branded Entertainment Division), a media company (i.e. Brand Studio or creative shop) or working in a content group at a best-in-class story telling production company
  • An understanding of media planning, distribution, and syndication of content
  • A track record of working on innovative, content heavy media programs
  • Evidence of facilitating and initiating creative thinking in the digital space
  • Experience working with user experience design, information architecture, agile web development processes, content management and social collaboration tools would be highly regarded
  • A track record of working with agency partners (creative, digital, media agencies) on premium brands
  • A track record of campaign/ marketing experience with premium brands
  • Experience managing international clients in multiple markets with multiple stakeholders
  • Exceptional client servicing skills
  • Experience of running a strong dynamic account team including resource planning (onshore/ offshore)
  • Excellent time management/prioritization and project management skills
  • Ability to make decisions and solve problems based on sound technical knowledge
  • Negotiation skills
  • Excellent networker
  • Experience working in content areas across TV, Print and Digital (focus on Digital)
  • Strong IT literacy, including Word, Excel, Powerpoint/Keynote
  • Team player
  • Highly organised, detail oriented, client focused and proactive
  • Can do attitude and an ability to work under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail, and the ability to drive efficiencies from analytics
  • Excellent communication, presentation and writing skills
  • Ability to work within a multi-functional (content/technical/marketing) team on multiple projects, managing timelines and communicating risks/issues

 

What other qualifications or skills do I need?

Your base location will be London, although this role may require travel to client sites located within UK & Ireland. Therefore you must be willing to travel up to 50% of your time.
