Location: London

Travel: up to 100% 
Salary:  £50,000 - £65,000

Your Role:


As a Management Consultant in our Customer Insight & Growth practice, you’ll often be:

  • Delivering customer centric led business transformations, including front office consulting projects and services relating to customer experience optimization, marketing, sales, route to market, insight and customer service transformations 
  • Engaging with Clients to understand the Client's unique context and challenges across their Commercial landscape and support the discussion to design the future operating model for their marketing and sales functions 
  • Supporting business development opportunities to bring innovative solutions and ways of working to clients that reflect underlying strategic business needs and/or industry best practices
  • Building and applying Consumer Goods industry and functional knowledge to support efforts in selling new opportunities and delivering consulting led projects to existing and new clients 
  • Developing your deep skills as a management consulting practitioner to ensure market and client relevance

Experience and Qualifications


You should have experience with some of the following:

  • Strong understanding of the Consumer Goods & Services industry
  • Good understanding on key methodologies, approaches and market trends in the industry specifically focused on the Commercial functions; Sales, Marketing, Commerce and Insight
  • Client workshop facilitation in collaboration with Business and Technology teams to drive the process, tool and organization transformation in sales and marketing
  • Design, delivery and operationalisation of major CRM cloud-based platforms, decision tools, route to market routing and omnichannel Sales and Marketing platforms – including, Trade Promotion Management and Optimisation, S&OP, Distributor Management
  • Understanding and delivery of customer-centric Marketing, Sales and Service operating models and organisational design
  • Knowledge of forecasting and planning (processes and technologies) to drive productivity and effectiveness within Marketing, Sales and Service organisations

Consulting Skills

  • Ability to develop and apply consulting skills and have the capability of effectively solving complex business issues
  • Ability to define the case for change for clients and clearly articulate the key messages
  • Partner with colleagues to deliver real outcomes from technology-enabled transformation initiatives
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and leadership skills in client facing environments entrepreneurial, business-oriented, innovation-eager mindset
  • Maximises team performance by encouraging collaboration and addressing issues, that impact performance of team members (i.e. client and Accenture).
  • Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
