Geographic Operations Counsel Senior Analyst - Paralegal

This position is a part time role to be filled by an experienced paralegal. The paralegal will be expected to provide general legal corporate support similar to work done by a company secretary in the UK. You will work 22.5 hours per week (we are flexible as to how this is made up) supporting the Geographic Legal Lead for the UK on a variety of tasks with a primary focus on board support.
What responsibilities will you have?
Drafting board minutes for routine matters – change of directors, registered office, annual accounting dates, approving POAs
Co-ordinating with company secretarial support to arrange annual filings at Companies House – confirmation statements, financial statements, notifications of change of directors, SAIL changes etc
Support for board meetings – co-ordinating board packs which would include printing board minutes, collating packs, scanning and arranging couriers
Maintaining structure charts, databases with corporate information
Keeping list of companies with registered office at 30 Fenchurch Street up to date
Updating statutory books and records
What skills & experience are we looking for?
Experience of relevant legal experience with an MNC and/or a law firm.
Experience in providing board support.
Excellent verbal/written communications skills.
