Financial Institutions continue to face numerous challenges.

In Accenture’s Commercial Banking Practice, one of the biggest challenges we see relates to how our clients grow their SME customer base profitably.  Commercial lending remains under continued pressure from internal operational challenges as well as a number of disruptive market and regulatory forces.  SME Banking is currently in rapid transition, driven by changing customer expectations, technology-enabled new entrants, economic uncertainty and low margins.  Accenture is responding to this by recruiting leaders who bring together the best of new, cutting-edge technology; combined with relevant industry experience and insight to help our clients turn these challenges into opportunities.
