Your Role:
The role is within the specialized Intelligent (Software) Engineering Services (IES) team.  Your key focus areas:
 
> Lead the Architecture design and delivery of MuleSoft based solutions at scale, considering functional and non-functional requirements;
> Designing, prototyping, and delivering APIs, integration and applications in varied deployment models (cloud-based, on-premise or hybrid), to respond to clients’ needs for cost-efficiency, competitive offering, and agility to respond to new business opportunities;
> Serving as an API and integration evangelist, acting as a trusted advisor in guiding customers of all sizes towards the realisation of their business outcomes by leveraging the application of an API-led strategy using MuleSoft technology;
> Creating thought leadership on technology architecture and integration to increase agility and drive innovation;
> Help grow the MuleSoft Technology Practice in the UK & Ireland;
> Engaging and working with Accenture’s global MuleSoft Capability.
 
 
Your Responsibilities:
> Creating business cases for technology and organisational transformation to enable migration to or utilisation of APIs and cloud integration technologies;
> Assessing and recommending the best of breed technology solutions to address client needs;
> Developing solution architecture, implementation plans and estimates;
> Designing, building and deploying enterprise-wide scalable, highly available, fault tolerant, secure and reliable applications using APIs and MuleSoft technologies;
> Acting as an SME, supporting delivery teams with migrating complex, multi-tier applications, or building new capabilities using APIs and MuleSoft technologies;
> Supporting delivery teams throughout the delivery lifecycle to ensure that the solution will have high levels of performance, security, scalability, maintainability, appropriate reusability and reliability;
> Creating innovative, reusable solutions that can be taken to market;
> Mentoring and developing skills of Junior Architects.
 
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
 
What we are after:
We're looking for people who can work through the lifecycle of a project. Dependent on experience we are looking to recruit at all levels, from Senior Analyst to Senior Manager.
 
You will need:
> A passion for Technology Architecture and Delivery;
> Deep understanding of MuleSoft products;
> Experience in developing trusted relationships with clients at Senior level;
> Leadership abilities - transfer vision into results;
> A collaborative and team-building attitude;
> Ability to travel and work on-site with our clients;
> Strong communication skills (speaking, writing, listening).
 
Your Technology skills: 
> Integration, API management, and/or iPaaS solutions. Must have – MuleSoft.  Good to have - Oracle Fusion ESB, IBM ESB, Tibco BusinessWorks, Dell Boomi, RedHat Fuse,  Apigee, 3Scale, WSO2, CA or similar
> Knowledge of DevOps principles and technologies to support Continuous Integration & Delivery;
> Familiarity with various delivery methodologies including Agile.

Your Qualifications:
> Bachelor’s Degree or higher;
> Minimum 3 years of experience in architecting, designing or implementing Integration Architectures and Applications.
