The Recruitment Service Support Lead is responsible for leading and developing a team of Specialists to ensure that the recruitment process and systems are fully operational and meet the business requirements for service and cost.  The team may consistent of co-located and remotely based resource and will regularly involve the secondment of other team members to this area to assist with larger scale projects.
The RSS lead will ensure that all projects undertaken by the recruitment team are executed to operational excellence standards, and delivered on time and within agreed budgets
  • Manage, lead, and develop the team to exceed service levels and personal targets
  • Accountable for delivering robust recruitment process, meeting all agreed targets and SLA’s
  • Ensure all process deliverables and LWIs are captured and managed on secure Accenture systems, ensuring these are reviewed and updated accurately
  • Work with recruitment teams to standardise processes and share best practices
  • Hold regular process reviews with client and delivery teams to ensure processes remain fit for purpose
  • Work with the client service lead to ensure that the process delivers the service required.
  • Ensure that teams are trained on the process and engage with any changes that are rolled out.
  • Ensure all projects are embedded, deployed on time and all costs are managed
  • Manage through the wider teams the change request process
  • Manage through the wider teams the issue management process and ensure SLA’s are met, and any ongoing/repetitive issues are addressed
  • Ensure all the services delivered from the HRSS Recruitment teams are within SLA
  • Promote and ensure full deliverance of the Operational Excellence programme
  • Ensure the smooth running of all recruitment systems in UKI and escalate issues where needed.
  • Work with client and in-house teams to ensure all the delivery teams have the right tools and training to deliver the role.
  • Ensure all system and process training is relevant and measured – providing metrics to leadership team on the benefits/success.
  • Exercise excellent stakeholder management and vendor relationship management
  • Ensure existing best practice processes are efficient and consistent throughout the recruitment lifecycle, proactively work to improve and streamline processes
  • Ensures that work requests fall into scope of services
  • Create and analyse metrics for own business area and make any necessary process improvements resulting from analysis
  • Provide input to proposals for new service offerings & manage prospective client visits
  • Work outside role where demand dictates
  • Managing client relationships and leading client meetings
  • Managing and developing high performing Recruitment teams to exceed service levels and personal targets

  • Able to analyse and interpret recruitment data for management and cost reporting
  • Experienced in monitoring service quality, performance and SLA's

  • Ability to work under pressure and influence other virtual team members to ensure service is delivered within targets
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.  Must display professionalism and confidence
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, business awareness and be credible at all levels of the organisation
  • Flexibility to travel and work from different locations as required
  • Ability to understand and impart detailed knowledge of UK employment law and legislation
  • Ability to work in a virtual team across a variety of locations
  • Ability to work autonomously Advance knowledge of company standard software (email, Internet Explorer, Excel and Access)
  • Skilled in project management and delivering projects via virtual teams
