Location: Newcastle-upon-Tyne

Travel: Possibility for travel to client sites throughout the UK 


We have roles available across the following Accenture career levels depending on skills and experience


Analyst: £26,100 - £30,500+ (depending on experience)

Senior Analyst: £31,424 - £37,500+ (depending on experience)

Specialist / Team Lead: £36,725 - £42,700+ (depending on experience)

As a User Experience Designer you will;

  • Communicate your design ideas clearly to our clients and your team and establish UX tools and processes, advocating the user experience throughout.
  • Follow latest digital technology trends and stay up to date with the latest design patterns and digital trends.
  • Solve some of our most challenging problems by researching, proposing and testing your theories.
  • Inspire others to be passionate about UX and the user and encourage clients and teams to always keep the user in mind.
  • Develop sound UX concepts, including the definition of customer needs, task analysis, and the creation of personas, storyboards, scenarios, user flows and use cases.
  • Show your ideas through storytelling and rapid prototyping methods, ranging from paper sketching to digital prototyping.
  • Define the User Interface Design through information architecture, wireframes and user flows and validate it through usability testing.
  • Create light weighed specifications and style guides to supplement prototypes for our implementation partners.
  • Validate your theories through interviews, usability testing, and other forms of qualitative and quantitative research to uncover insights, learn about user behaviour and verify design concepts.

We'd like to meet you if you have:

  • Have a portfolio where you can show examples of User Journeys, Personas, User Research, Prototyping, User Testing and User Interface Design.
  • You created protoypes and high-fidelity designs for Web, Mobile, Tablet & other wearable devices.
  • A creative mind, who enjoys the whole design process: from coming up with ideas to the final execution.
  • You enjoy working in a fun, fast moving and innovative environment!
  • Proficiency in working with Photoshop, Illustrator,  Sketch, Axure or any other visual design and wireframing tools.
  • You can deliver high quality digital service designs that meet accessibility web standards.
  • Experience in creating prototypes using HTML, CSS & Javascript.
  • Have a track record of innovation, using technology creatively to solve business problems
  • Have excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Have worked in an Agile way (e.g. Scrum, XP, Lean...)
