Role: Java Developer (Security Clearance Eligible)

Location: Newcastle upon Tyne

Travel: Possibility for travel to client sites throughout the UK 

 

Career Levels: we have roles available across a range of Accenture career levels including Analyst, Senior Analyst, Specialist and Associate Manager/Manager Levels

 

Salary: £25,000 to £67,760+ (depending on skills and experience)

We’d like to work with you if…

  • You have significant Java and functional programming experience
  • You're comfortable using Linux or Unix 
  • You are comfortable using code versioning tools such as Git, Mercurial or SVN, and a variety of IDEs, such as Eclipse and Visual Studio Code.
  • You're capable of working in an agile development environment, both as part of a team and individually
  • You have working knowledge of TDD/BDD frameworks
  • You enjoy working in a dynamic and fast paced environment, and collaborating with others using your strong verbal and written communications skills

Not required but it would be awesome if…

  • You have Experience working in a client facing environment
  • Preference for people experienced in JBoss
