Our practice is a very active community and is growing rapidly.  We are looking for Consultants to join our team and share our passion for talent, business transformation, implementation and change management.

 

What responsibilities will you have?

  • Providing uniquely differentiated consulting expertise to Resources clients by helping them to think through and implement operating model, organisation design and next generation change management and talent solutions
  • Participating in client discussions to identify and shape new talent and organisational change opportunities and understanding Accenture’s points of view on best practice
  • Discussing and shaping talent and change solutions with clients including implementation strategy and planning, managing readiness, change tracking and managing rollout
  • Supporting large teams in all aspects of fast-paced transformation and implementation programmes including communications, training, stakeholder management, change network leadership and benefits realisation
  • Building client relationships and your network across the practice
  • Supporting business development, sales efforts and internal capability development to continue to expand our practice
  • Becoming an expert in the “latest and greatest” in the talent and change management space, including the key disruptors, workforces of the future, talent management for a digital age, cloud solutions and ever-evolving employee expectations
  • Working cross-function and cross-country with other areas of Accenture’s business to plan and deliver multi-disciplinary solutions for our clients

Basic Qualifications

 

What skills & experience are we looking for?

  • Experience of working in the Resources industry and strong knowledge of the key industry hot topics
  • An ability to articulate and clearly communicate complex problems and solutions in a simple, logical and impactful manner
  • Experience eliciting high-level business requirements and creating detailed functional specs and other documentation, such as requirement traceability matrices, work-flow diagrams and use-cases
  • Strong interpersonal, team building, organisational and motivational skills
  • Experience working through organisational change, with a demonstrated track record of continuing responsibilities, creativity and innovation, including evidence of solution design
  • Self-motivating, adaptable, able to prioritise and also able to inspire and motivate others
  • A passion and understanding of current best practice talent management and organisational change management and transformation
  • Experience in the delivery of change programmes via transforming an organisation’s operating model, organisation design, talent strategy, their capability and technology
  • A willingness to travel and work away from home (Monday to Friday if required)

You will ideally also have:

  • Strong lateral management and persuasive skills
  • A passion for working in an entrepreneurial environment
