Extensive experience of business and functional requirements analysis
Vast amount of experience of implementing source to pay processes
Broad experience leading a large, geographically diverse team
Self-motivated and ability to manage remote resources and teams
Ability to lead a geographically-distributed team with diverse competencies, skills, and abilities
Ability to communicate effectively with business and technical resources across all levels of a client’s organization
Well-developed business requirements analysis skills
- Strong problem solving, analysis, and design skills
Familiarity with the business process outsourcing model
Experience with solution cost models and the sales process
- Experience implementing systems using any of the Agile methodologies
What academic qualifications do you need?
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer information systems, engineering, business, or related field or equivalent experience
