Role: Operational Customer Experience Management - Analysts and Consultants

Location: London

Travel: 40-80%

Salary: £36,000 - £45,000 plus benefits depending on experience

Accenture will be recruiting at the following levels; Analysts and Consultant Level

 

Accenture Cloud First focuses on offering transformational and differentiated cloud services to our clients across leading and emerging application platforms – Medallia, Qualtrics, Salesforce, Workday, Google and Pega. These services include cloud strategy and technology consulting, as well as Cloud application implementation, integration and management services. In order to meet the market momentum that we see, we continue to rapidly grow our team with organic and inorganic expansion across the globe.

 

We are looking for functional and technical experts in the Operational Customer Experience and Voice of Customer with specific reference to platforms such as Medallia and Qualtrics

 

You will team with key client Business and IT users to define business requirements and design solutions to meet their needs.

 

 

Analyst and Consultant

Bring your functional or technical expertise to form part of delivery team designing and implementing software as a service solution.

Work with clients to capture business requirements, design “to be processes”, configure, customise and test “software as a service” solutions, design and implement integration to existing systems and manage business adoption and deployment activities.

Be central to the delivery team throughout the entire lifecycle, fluent in agile and waterfall delivery and experienced in getting the best from the platform.


Required Skills

  • Deep functional or technical expertise Medallia or Qualtrics platforms.
  • Strong understanding of the Voice of the Customer and Operational Customer Experience Management business process and operational environment in all or most functional areas
  • For Medallia, certification as Medallia Certified Professional (MCP) and for Qualtrics, certification as Technology Consultant on XM Platform is strongly preferred
  • Implementation experience on Medallia or Qualtrics Platforms including:
  • Configure basic surveys: question/data/ report fields and responses
  • Import data/org file, Send Invitations / Reminders
  • Create Standard Reports & Basic dashboards
  • Configure complex surveys, Auto Importers - basic transform’s, Set up FTP & Web Feed data transfer
  • Experience Implementing Text Analytics & Social
  • Advanced prog. management & platform skills covering TA, Dashboard Design, Integrations (SFDC/Tableau)
  • Exceptional potential with strong basis of business acumen, interpersonal, analytical and team working skills
  • Comfortable working with both waterfall and agile methodologies and exposure across the full delivery lifecycle
  • Understanding of the SaaS and PaaS value propositions and wanting to grow into visionaries and thought leaders in this area
  • A real commitment and drive to working for Accenture and for this unique team in this exciting area
