We have DevOps Engineer roles available across the following Accenture career levels depending on skills and experience:


Manager - Up to £77,000

Associate Manager – Up to £66,250

Senior Analyst – Up to £45,250

What responsibilities will you have?


  • Architecting and directing the implementation of all aspects of DevOps and Continuous Delivery solutions for high profile government services
  • Participation in the community of practice
  • Adherence to quality assurance processes
  • Delivery of work to agreed milestones

What skills & experience are we looking for?

Successful candidates will demonstrate expertise in one or more of the following areas:


  • The design and implementation of continuous delivery practices
  • Approaches and tooling (e.g. Jenkins) for automated build, delivery and release of software
  • Approaches and tooling for automated software assurance and QA
  • Defining and managing a roadmap for the implementation of DevOps in an enterprise IT organisation
  • Service support – the use of DevOps, Continuous Delivery and ITIL concepts as part of an effective support operation
  • Experience of technical architecture i.e. the design and delivery of IT systems for a broad range of clients
  • Experience of Agile and Lean Software delivery methodologies
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
  • Experience in AWS
  • Highly motivated self-starter
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Experience working in a client facing environment is preferable


What academic qualifications do you need?


  • Ideally IT Systems Delivery experience within a Health and/or Public Sector environment
