Salary: £30,000 - £112,500

The Oracle HCM Cloud practice is looking for Senior Managers to join our team to enable us to respond to the dynamic and rapidly expanding Oracle Cloud HCM market.

What we're looking for


You must have hands on experience of leading deliveries with Oracle HCM Cloud and Payroll.  In addition, we are looking for experience on large scale implementation programmes delivering to tight timescales.  Ideally you would have experienced all phases of the project lifecycle and understanding of agile, iterative delivery methodologies.


  • Client-facing experience within multiple industries is also highly valued, as well as deep Oracle HCM expertise including:
  • Demonstrable Leadership experience on HCM Cloud Programmes
  • Understanding of the end to end Oracle offering for HCM Cloud, across all modules and integration components
  • Experience with all aspects of Oracle HCM implementations or upgrade projects including solution estimation, requirements gathering, fit/gap analysis, functional design documentation, user acceptance testing, training and deployment activities
  • Experience of managing programme budgets and financials
  • Experience of Cloud HCM sales process from RFI through to Client presentations
  • Preferably a consulting background and experience of at least 3 end-to-end Oracle HCM implementation project lifecycles
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Understanding of the end to end Oracle offering for HCM Cloud, across all modules and integration components
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Candidates will be London based and must be willing to offer full mobility and be open to potential roles with 100% travel required

Key responsibilities may include:

  • Leading a large delivery team from initial solutioning through to deployment
  • Supporting the client in shaping and planning the business process, support, architecture, and technology changes driven by their move to Cloud
  • Managing programme budgets, financials and all associated resources.
  • Generating new HCM & Payroll Cloud business
  • Providing advisory services to our clients on Oracle HCM Cloud
  • Leading and participating in the sales cycle for opportunities
