ACP Architecture is looking for an experienced and communicative candidate to join a vast and strong team that is currently envisioning, designing, developing and operating a leading cloud management solution and journey to cloud services on the market. The candidate will be working with product managers, architects and engineering to assure product quality starting with functional requirements, through transitions into test acceptance criteria and automated test suites. This is an opportunity for a person interested in developing a management level experience in DevOps methodology, Continues Delivery in a product-oriented environment. As a team of innovators and market disruptors, we expect to find a person capable of providing simple answers to complex problems and a positive attitude to technologies we are pioneering in enterprise space i.e. serverless architecture, automation and security, cloud intelligence.
 
What responsibilities will you have?
Involved in various meetings with stakeholders to gather the functional and performance requirements and SLAs before testing
Work with PMO and a Feature Team to turn high level business goals (mostly at the epic level) into properly scoped agile stories with acceptance criteria
Lead a Behaviour Driven Design (BDD) format acceptance tests adoption
Lead automation acceptance tests implementation against a RESTful API and web browser UI
Lead test data management, including the deployment of tooling necessary
Lead the tests automation delivery in the development team by advising on the design and implementation
Prepare reports, performs test failures reviews, analysis and raising defects as appropriate
What skills & experience are we looking for?
Required Experience
Previous experience of working in an agile development team
Significant focus on leading technically challenging, automation oriented projects
Gathering requirements, defining scope & SLA in the context of: test acceptance criteria, application performance
Ability to Identify business critical transactions to be executed and evaluated during the tests.
Demonstrable experience of identifying test scenarios from high-level requirements (Gherkin or other BDD syntax)
Demonstrable experience working with Selenium Webdriver test frameworks
Demonstrable broad experience with industry standard tools for functional, performance testing and monitoring
Ability to adapt new tools and apply them to project conditions and changing architecture
Understanding of different levels of testing (unit, integration and functional)
Demonstrable experience of test automation against both API's and UI's with tools like Selenium WebDriver,
Experience executing tests as part of continuous integration or continuous deployment pipelines, preferably using Jenkins
 
Desired Experience
Familiarity with JIRA for managing team progress
Familiarity with cloud computing services (architecture, business)
