In this position, you will develop, configure, implement, test and support a portfolio of FOSS and COTS tools into an integrated DevOps environment. You will use your ability to interact and communicate clearly with our clients and with other team members. Candidates with AWS or Virtual Infrastructure development experience are highly desired.


Some of the duties are:

  • Collect and document system requirements.
  • Prepare detailed system design specifications.
  • Develop and test software to satisfy system requirements, which may take the form of new applications or modifications to existing systems.
  • Conduct unit, system and integration testing of software.
  • Provide customer support with utilizing the DevOps tools.


Basic Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years experience with Java, Python, or similar software development/programming experience.
  • 1 year developing in a Cloud environment.
  • 1 year experience with DevOps tools including Jenkins, Git, or automating code.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with RedHat OpenShift PaaS.
  • The ability and desire to learn DevOpsSec tools and environment.
  • Good analytical and creative problem solving skills for design, creation and testing of software.
  • Good interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members.
  • Good communication skills to interact with team members and senior support personnel.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
