Job Description:

 

At Accenture we are looking for a Senior Manager to play a strategic role in managing, developing and building high performance teams to design, build and deploy scientific systems.

 

Responsibilities

 

Lead teams utilizing Accenture's Methodology in:

  • Business analysis of laboratories
  • System design
  • Project staffing
  • Program and project management
  • Consultant management
  • Client management

Minimum Qualifications:

 

  • Strong critical thinking skills
  • Enterprise project management experience
  • Experience implementing an ELN, LIMS, CTMS, LES, SDMS or CDS
  • Management consulting experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to lead a team of clients, consultants and vendors
  • Ability to travel

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

  • Working experience Drug Discovery  
  • Understanding of the Pharmaceutical and Biopharma industry
  • Master’s degree or above with a degree in science and a degree in business or MIS.
