Location: London / Manchester / Edinburgh
Travel: Up to 100%
Salary: £90,000-£120,000

As part of our Technology Consulting team within Accenture Finance and Risk Services, you will be a catalyst for digital transformation in Finance by driving change and innovation.  This will involve:

What We Are Looking for
We are looking for seasoned senior consultants specialised in SAP applications both cloud and on premise who are confident working with senior client stakeholders, providing insight and advice based on real world experience.  You will have proven implementation experience working in the financial services industry and preferably a Bachelor’s degree and/or an accountancy qualification.  The successful candidate will be able to meet the following criteria:
  • At least five full cycle implementations with SAP EEC.6 or S/4HANA
  • Being the delivery lead or solution architect on at least one of these implementations
  • Experience in integrating SAP ERP system with external and legacy systems
  • Full knowledge of SAP’s target integration landscape for Financial Services, including an appreciation of Bank Analyser, AFFI and FRDP
  • A good working knowledge of the BPC / BFC toolset and capabilities
  • An appreciation of robotics and how they can be applied in the finance back office
  • Detail knowledge of the methodology to support the project lifecycle including requirements gathering, process design, fit/gap analysis, functional design documentation, user acceptance testing, training and deployment activities

Required Skills
  • Experience with Finance process optimisation and automation upon the SAP platform
  • Experience of architecting integrated finance processing and reporting landscapes
  • Proven track record of delivering leading practice Finance solutions underpinned by SAP
  • At least 1 S/4HANA implementation project preferably with a Financial Services provided
  • Strong client facing experience at the C-suite and senior finance leadership levels
  • Ability to drive client organizations and shape decision making.
  • Team leader - proven success in leading teams in a multi discipline environment
  • Hands-on delivery of large, major IT change programmes
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • You must be willing to be London based, but be fully mobile, i.e. prepared to work away from home Monday to Friday as required
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or above
  • Accounting qualification
