The Business Interlock Regional Lead is responsible for understanding the client’s operating environment and business strategy, organization structure, and learning and collaboration approach. The Business Interlock Regional Lead uses this knowledge to work with the client to design and implement solutions related to the client’s capability strategy, including demand planning, with support from the Regional Business Interlock Associate Manager. The Business Interlock Regional Lead will also be responsible for generating new sales opportunities to fuel the overall pipeline.

 Basic Qualifications

 
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in one or more capability enablement disciplines e.g., learning, training, collaboration, talent management
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with the various learning and training interventions and disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project management or operations management
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in stakeholder management and relationship building
  • Minimum 2 years of experience presenting to customers and articulating value of a product or service
  • Minimum 2 years of experience presenting to leadership
 
Preferred Qualifications
 
  • Experience identifying and qualifying sales opportunities
  • Experience working in the technology industry
  • Experience working in the channel
  • Understanding of instructional design principles
  • Capability assessment or needs assessment experience
  • Understanding of basic financial principles, performance measures, and benchmarking
 
 
Professional Qualifications
 
  • Strong communication skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Comfortable with cold calling and selling
