Job Description

As the North America (NA) – Go to Market lead for Capability Network (CN) Products Industry Group, the primary role will be to enable growth of utilization of the team by acting as the primary point of contact in NA. He/she should have deep industry/functional knowledge and embedded as a core team members within the key capability teams in NA. Key responsibilities include:

Ability to shape / solution consulting opportunities by working across multiple BD’s and RFP’s in NA market baking in CN as an integral part of the solution

- Enable a cross collaboration across different capability teams from CN to participate in shaping up opportunities or providing solutioning support for consulting proposals

- Manage the Business operations of CN in NA for Products industry group primarily providing extensive staffing and solutioning support for CN in NA ensuring

- Develop very strong relationship with Accenture Products Leadership team in NA and establish a strong credibility with Consulting leaders within Accenture – Products team

- Participate in regional and capability wise pipeline calls to identify and mature opportunities for CN

- Continuously develop and evolve CN solutioning approach bringing in Distributed Consulting to life as much as possible

- Manage Accenture internal and external client relationships for 1-2 big accounts with the primary responsibility grow Capability network utilization in the Account

- Should be engaged in client project delivery as well with ~50% chargeability

Basic Qualifications
  • MBA / Technical Master’s degrees
  • Overseas or MNC working experience
Preferred Qualifications

  • Industry Expertise Required (in either of the two mentioned below)
  • CG&S - Consumer Goods & Services refers to FMCG industry (Food & Beverages, Home & Personal Care, Alcobev, Tobacco, Agri-Business & similar industries)
  • Industrial – Industrial refers to following segments – Industrial Equipment, Automotive. Freight & Logistics
  • Total experience of more than 12 years for Senior Manager position (8-10 years of direct experience in the CG&S or Industrial or Business Consulting for CG&S or Industrial clients) is mandatory. 
  • Management Consulting or functional/operational experience in at least 2 of the following domains is mandatory
  • Digital Strategy & Commerce
  • Route to Market Planning & Implementation
  • Innovation & Product Lifecycle Management
  • Technology Led Enterprise Transformation (including IIOT, AI, RPA etc.)
  • Cost Management led Transformation
  • Automotive & Industrial Equipment Dealer Management
