Job Summary: 

Direct strategy, development and execution of integrated communications programs to engage and inspire our Health & Public Service EALA (Europe, Africa and Latin America) employees. Oversee content and message development, production, promotion and measurement. Communication programs may include a variety of digital formats (intranet articles, videos, internal social media, etc) to ensure that messages are communicated accurately, timely and reinforce our positioning. Provide strategic communications counsel.

Your role includes some or all of the following key responsibilities.

  •        Responsible for developing, managing and implementing comprehensive communication programs in support of business objectives for H&PS EALA 
  •       Manage all communications for H&PS EALA Lead, including executive communications and leadership announcements
  •       Develop and execute editorial calendar for H&PS EALA news and articles
  •       Collaborate with the global H&PS Communications team to ensure connectedness and integration on global initiatives 
  •       Ensure the communication strategy includes innovative tools, technologies and approaches based on knowledge of audience 
  •       Manage activities associated with content development, production, promotion and measurement 
  •       Demonstrates exceptional skills in communication planning, writing and message development 
  •       Responsible for creative direction including management of outside contractors and design firms 
  •       Manage compliance with communications policies, guidelines and procedures 
  •       Executive presence, with ability to articulate a clear vision, define a strategy for achieving it and manage successful execution
                  Must have

                  • Significant communications experience
                  • Strong strategic thinking, organizational and problem-solving skills
                  • Excellent writing (samples will be required), editing and verbal communications skills
                  • Experience creating internal communications strategy that drive impactful results 
                  • Strong business acumen 
                  • Passion to communicate in the NEW to engage internal audience in new, innovative and creative ways 
                  • Strong collaborative skills to work well with people around the world in a variety of roles, job functions and business areas
                  • Proactive, flexible, problem solver
                  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-past environment
                  Good to have
                  • Graphic design skills
                  • Experience creating video content 
                  • Professional services or consulting experience
