Location: London 

Salary:  Up to £75,000 depending on experience + benefits

We are currently looking for a programme manager with strong team management skills to join our marketing team.


Who we are looking for


  • You are creative and strategic with a proven track record of shaping and delivering integrated marketing campaigns.
  • You understand the power of events in a marketing programme context.
  • You are invested in the teams that you lead and know how to coach people so they are engaged and deliver their best work.
  • You are an excellent synthesizer, can deliver on big ideas and simplify the complex. 
  • You have strong editorial skills to shape content that will have an impact in the market place.
  • You understand brand principles and have experience working with creative teams.
  • You’re interested in what’s going on in the world of digital – from analytics, AI, design, innovation to marketing, you like spotting and sharing relevant business trends.
  • You’ve managed a team, agency, developers and a writer. You’ve worked in a regional or global environment and enjoy collaborating and getting the best out of people, whatever their location.
  • You have strong budget management, project management and organizational skills.
  • You understand where digital platforms and channels, from websites, to intranets, to apps, to email, to video are heading and how to best select and use them in your campaigns.
  • You understand media relations principles and can work collaboratively with our media relations teams to help shape relevant stories as part of our big campaigns. 
  • You’ve tracked and optimized campaigns based on metrics and measurement.
  • You may be at an agency ready to make your move client side or may already be client side.

Skills and Experience  

  •  Proficient marketing campaign experience, with a proven record of running campaigns from concept to delivery.
  • Team management experience is also important.
  • If agency side you will be at client account director level.
  • strong strategic, creative, analytical, writing, presentation and financial management skills.



  • Bachelor’s degree, university degree or equivalent.
